Master Ring & Plug Gage Warranty Policy
- RMA is required for returning any master that is in question for calibration
- Customer must provide an ISO/IEC-17025 or equivalent calibration report with the measured size and measurement uncertainty included
- If customer cannot provide this and master is found to be in tolerance customer will be charged a calibration and recertification fee. Customer will also be liable for return shipping charges
Design Changes
- Custom air gage designs are complicated and time consuming. Please make sure Western gage has all information prior to or at PO placement. If design changes occur after Western Gage has started a sales order or approval drawings are sent, including change in scope, discovery of missing information or update of requirements that lead to redesign, additional charges will be incurred. The charges will depend on what changes are required and time involved to make the changes.
