Western Gage Corporation backs it is gaging products to perform as stated for a period of 12 months from the time of shipment.  Normal wear, user maltreatment such as caused by contaminated air supply, voltage surges, and physical damage are exceptions to this warranty.  Repairs, adjustment, will be done, if necessary, at no charge provided the equipment is delivered to Western Gage’s Camarillo facility at customer’s expense.  No liability for consequential damages or costs other than repair or replacement of defective components is expressed or implied.

Terms of payment
New customer orders under $500 will be shipped COD, over $500 require ½ down payment balance COD, over $5000 will be placed on a payment schedule. After 1st order Standard terms of payment are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice (subject to credit approval) for direct purchases. We also accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Credit cards are charged at shipment.
Shipping, Duties and Taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Terms
F.O.B. Camarillo, Ca.  Customer is responsible for risk of loss during transit.

Minimum ORDER
The minimum purchase per order is $45.00 for all standard catalog products.

Restocking Charge
Custom finished air gage members and setting masters are non-returnable. All sales of made and/or finished to order items are final. 
Under certain conditions, we may allow the customer to return standard products subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.

Cancellations will be subject to applicable material and labor charges for work in progress as determined by Western Gage.

Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.  Written quotations automatically expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
